The thing you do every Friday night, done without you.
Every trades business has one job that eats an evening a week: timesheets, supplier orders, compliance paperwork, chasing the same three documents from every subbie. We watch how you do it now, then build it to happen on its own — for a fixed price, agreed before we start.
Sound familiar?
Friday night is timesheets, and Saturday morning is fixing them.
You re-type the same job details into three different places.
Compliance paperwork lives in an inbox, and finding it for an audit takes a day.
How it works
- 1
A walkthrough of how you do it now
Thirty minutes on the phone or on site. You show us the job; we work out what can run on its own and what has to stay with you.
- 2
A fixed price, before anything is built
You get a written scope and one price. If it isn't worth it for you, we'll say so — and you've lost half an hour.
- 3
Built, tested on real work, handed over
We build it, run it alongside you on real jobs until it's right, then leave it running. Changes later are an email away.

Book a walkthrough →Questions about custom automation
- What kind of jobs can you automate?
- Anything repetitive with a clear pattern: timesheets, supplier orders, job sheets, compliance documents, reminders to customers or subbies. If it needs your judgement every time, we'll tell you it isn't a good fit.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on the job, so it's quoted after the walkthrough. You get one fixed price in writing before anything is built.
- Do I need the other services?
- No. It stands on its own, though it often plugs into the calls, quotes and jobs pieces if you have them.
