Spend the day on the tools, not the admin.
The website, the phones, the quotes and the follow-ups — set up on your business by us, then left running. Nothing rings out, no quote goes cold, and the deposit lands before you start.
Websites from $100 a month · Add-ons from $10 a month · Set up for you
The work isn't the problem. Everything around it is.
You missed four calls today because you were working. At least one of them was a job, and they've booked someone else.
There are three quotes you meant to follow up last week. You'll get to them tonight, after the invoices.
Half the business lives in your head and the other half is in your text messages. Nobody else could run it for a day.
None of that needs a bigger team. It needs the boring parts of the job — answering, quoting, chasing, invoicing — to happen without you sitting down to do them. That's what we set up.
One job, from the first call to the final payment
Every job goes through the same six steps. Here's what each one looks like now, and what it looks like once it's set up.
- 01
Someone finds you
Website & hostingNow
A website someone built years ago, a Facebook page, and word of mouth. Nobody knows which one is working.
Set up
A fast site with your trades and suburbs on it, a number that rings your phone, and a form that reaches you — and you can see which of them the work came from.
- 02
They call while you're up a ladder
Calls & enquiriesNow
It rings out. They call the next name on Google, and you find a missed call at 5pm from a number you don't recognise.
Set up
If you can't pick up, an AI receptionist answers as your business, takes their name, the job and the suburb, and texts you the lot. You call back knowing what it's about.
- 03
You get back to them
Calls & enquiriesNow
Texts from your personal mobile, details on the back of an invoice book, and a voicemail you'll listen to later.
Set up
Every call, text and form for the business in one thread per customer, with their name on it — on a business number, not your own.
- 04
You quote the job
Quotes & paymentsNow
A Word template at night, saved as a PDF, emailed, and then nothing — you don't know if they've even opened it.
Set up
Build the quote on your phone before you leave the driveway. They get a branded quote, accept it with a signature online, and pay the deposit by card. You get told when they do.
- 05
The job goes ahead — or goes quiet
Jobs & follow-upsNow
Quotes you meant to follow up and didn't. Jobs that live in your head, your ute and three different apps.
Set up
Every job on one board, from new enquiry to quoted, won and done. Follow-ups become reminders that turn up on the day, so a quote doesn't go cold because you were busy.
- 06
You get paid
Quotes & paymentsNow
Chasing the balance by text, a bank transfer that may or may not have arrived, and reconciling it on a Sunday.
Set up
The balance goes out as an invoice they can pay by card, the deposit already comes off it, and you can see what's paid and what isn't without asking anyone.
One offer, five pieces
Take one or take them all. Each works on its own, and each plugs into the next when you add it — the enquiry becomes the quote, the quote becomes the job, the job becomes the invoice.
Website & hosting
The front door. Built, hosted and changed for you.
- A site with your trades, suburbs and photos on it — you see it before you pay

The website, and everything that puts it in front of the people searching for you.
Never miss a job
Calls, texts and questions answered when you can't get to them.
Run the business
Quotes, payments, email and the numbers — the admin that eats your evenings.
How it gets set up
A 30-minute walkthrough
On the phone or on site. You tell us how a job moves through your business now — who answers the phone, how quotes go out, how you get paid. We tell you which parts are worth fixing first and which aren't.
Start with what's costing you most
For most businesses that's missed calls or slow quotes, not the website. You don't have to take everything; each piece works on its own and plugs into the next when you add it.
Set up for you, then left running
We set it up on your business, with your name, your number and your prices, and show you how it works on a real job. After that it runs. When you want something changed, you email a person.
The questions people actually ask
- Do I have to take all of it?
- No. Each piece works on its own. Most businesses start with one — usually the website or the calls — and add the next when the first one has paid for itself.
- I already have a website. Can I keep it?
- Yes. The calls, quotes and job board work with any website; we point your existing site's phone number and contact form at them. If the site itself is the problem, Optello Hosting is the easy fix, but it isn't a condition.
- What does the AI receptionist actually say?
- It answers as your business, asks who's calling, what the job is and where, and texts you a summary. It doesn't quote prices or promise times — those stay with you.
- Do I need to learn new software?
- Not much. Enquiries reach you as texts and emails, and quotes are built from your phone. The job board is there when you want the bigger picture, but nothing breaks if you never open it.
- How do my customers pay?
- By card, through Stripe, into your own bank account. The deposit is taken when they accept the quote, and the balance goes out as an invoice when the job's done.
- What does it cost?
- The website is $100 a month on Optello Hosting, with no setup fee. Most of the rest are add-ons with a published monthly price — each service page says what it costs. The bigger pieces, like a custom automation, are priced after the walkthrough and agreed before anything is set up, so there's no bill you didn't see coming.
